Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had somehow ended up with two bookings for the same night due to a Booking.com error, and the management at the hotel canceled the second reservation the same day with no charge. The manager said he thought we were booking two separate rooms, but when we explained what happened, they were willing to work with us.
