    The guesthouse is situated in a beautiful mountain location and offers amazing views. There is a small parking place in front of the building. Staff is friendly, communicates well even through the Booking.com messaging system and is able to speak English. Even in a cold rainy night, we were warm in the bedroom - the duvets were probably down. Breakfast is basic, but satisfactory: coffee, tea, bread, butter, honey, egg, fruit, oat meal. Guests from the neighbouring room asked specifically for ham and they got it, too.

    It is a perfect apartment. Big and comfortable rooms, fully equiped, private parking place. Located in very quiet area, with a great mountain view. Fantastic owner, welcoming at the arrival and greeting at the departure, ready to help whenever needed.

    Very friendly and help-full host. Really trying to make the guests as nice as possible. Very tasty breakfast every morning, where the croissants are delicious. Rooms are large, with good beds, all equipped with a kitchenette. Free parking at the entrance. Skiarea to St Johann is less than 10 minutes drive, Kitzbuhl 15 minutes.
