The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! They xeginetely know how to manage and earntouristwith their warm hospitality.

We only spent a night here for a road trip. But we can tell that the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. The communication and the staff were exceptional, and we also had a delicious breakfast. You can feel that this place has a heart who is the owner. Thank you for that, because it was a pleasure to be part of this welcoming hospitality. Parking was obvious and easy, also the self check in.
