I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday at this truly exceptional hotel — and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and a familial atmosphere that made me feel completely at home. The staff delivers the highest level of service with genuine care and attentiveness. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, offering outstanding nature experiences that both ground and uplift you. Whether you’re hiking, relaxing, or simply taking in the views — it’s unforgettable. The calm and relaxing environment allows you to truly unwind, and the food? Simply delicious. Every meal was a celebration of taste, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully served. It was the ideal setting to mark a milestone — peaceful, beautiful, and filled with heart. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and can’t wait to return.

We visited this hotel during the Christmas holidays (family with children). We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all its facilities. I now understand why people keep coming back to this hotel. The owner is very friendly and is present on a daily basis. The owner can also be very proud of his staff, as they are extremely friendly and very helpful (without exception). We mainly interacted with Frank (restaurant staff), Marie, and the reception staff. They also offered a bus trip to a city twice a day (free of charge) with a cheerful guide. Additionally, the children were picked up and brought back by bus every day they had ski lessons. Later, there was thankfully enough snow behind the hotel (a ski slope with a ski lift). Normally, I dislike swimming because the pool water is always ice-cold. However, I swam every day because the pool water was wonderfully warm. All in all, we will definitely return again.

This hotel was absolutely perfect and we loved our stay in here. The hotel was beautifully done and every detail was thought out, which made it feel very luxorious the best possible way. Especially the spa area was our favourite, it was very calming and relaxing and there was never too many people. The breakfast was full of fresh and healthy options, and it was easy to get on multiple different hikes either by foot or car. Would recommend this place to everyone and we will most definitely come back!

We arrived the guesthouse early and the host greeted us with her dog, Charlie. The apartment comes with a kitchenette and common area, which attaches the two bedrooms. The host also helped us to arrange a taxi to Jenbach station as we had to catch the next day’s early train.

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed for one week on a walk in the mountains holiday. The hotel offers an outstanding value half-board option (breakfast and evening meal), which I recommend. They have a lovely system of table allocation. You are shown your table in the restaurant on your first day and this becomes your table for the duration of your stay, breakfast and evening meal. The service staff in the restaurant go the extra mile to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and all speak English to make you feel comfortable. The room is stylish and comfortable with a very well-equipped bathroom. As a bonus, my room had a balcony with a table and chairs, that offered fantastic views of the mountains, with both impressive sunrises and sunsets. The owners are involved in the day-to-day management of the hotel, and it shows. If you like good food, comfortable accommodation, fresh air and marvellous mountain walking on your doorstep this is a great choice.

    An excelent establishment, very well taken care of, a lot of attention given to details. The owners were there almost daily, open and available for any feedback. Traditional building, with a lot of facilities (spa, pool indoor connecting with outdoor, spacious bar, yet cozy, very good food, generous playroom for kids, parking outdoor and underground, lecture room, own water spring in the restaurant, great evening programs). This is a go to hotel, over and over. Situated in a small village, yet so close to the highway.
