Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

It's an amazing place to stay! Very comfy, stylish and spotless. While tiny, you feel absolutely comfortable and have everything you need for your stay (apart from salt, spices and cooking oil — in case you plan to make your own food, but a supermarket is next door, easy). We had a tiny, cosy balcony with a mountain view that made the morning coffee a fantastic experience. I can only highly recommend it.

    Helga met us up at the property. She accommodated our early arrival. Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen. Amazing views from each room. There is a car park space for visitors. Roads to the property are a little steep, but well maintained. Looking forward to go back again!

    The apartment is new, beautiful and clean. There is a relatively large bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The parking is covered so you don't have to sweep the snow off the car in the morning.

    Everything was more than perfect. Parking is available underground and outside. Breakfast is fresh. The view is incredible from every room, better from the rooms on the upper floors. The beds are comfy, the room is big. Staff is super helpful and provided lots of activities suggestions and locations where to eat dinner as their restaurant was not available.

    Everything was perfect! Hosts were very friendly. Parking place placed right next to the entrance door and it fittable for a long car. Apartment was very clean and cozy with a breathtaking view. On a kitchen there are a lot of stuff, everything you need, like grill, coffeemaker, plates, pans etc. There is a grocery shop in a 5min walk. Also we travel with two cats so the fact that this accommodation is pet friendly was very important.
