Excellent location, very quiet place and only 15 minutes by tram to the center. Absolutely clean and well maintained. A lot of space in the room and in the bathroom. Everything one might need is available. A kitchenette is also an advantage. A very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff, speaking perfect English.

Excellent apartment, located just a 20-minute walk from the city center. It was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities one could need. There are plenty of parking spots around the property, making it very easy to find a space. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Cosy apartment in good location, everything in your fingertips, everything you need even for a longer stay, we travel with dogs and everyone had enough space, welcome drink, stocks of water and coffee, comfortable beds and very quiet surroundings, excellent wifi and free parking. Extremely clean and cozy apartment in a quiet area. The apartment has everything you need: washing machine, frige, iron, coffee machine with very tasty coffee, hairdryer, clean and fresh linen. I really had a wonderful time in beautiful Graz, the second largest educational city in Austria. In particular, the accommodation I stayed for two days was so quiet, clean, and a beautiful house with no inconvenience at all. Parking my rental car at home, and the tram stop to get to downtown is also a 5-minute walk away. For those who bring their cars, the numbers are written on the parking lot so that they can park their cars there. I highly recommend it.
