1. Both the front desk and the staff are very friendly. Kathy will help solve the demands you put forward. There is a very nice young lady at the front desk. When you don't know the place, she will take you there in person. A slightly older staff member sees that you are going downstairs to check out and helps take the luggage down the stairs. It makes people feel very warm here. 2. The rooms, toilets and kitchens are tidied up very cleanly. 3. This accommodation is arranged very warmly. 4. The check-in and check-out processes are arranged in an orderly manner and you can handle them by yourself. 5. The bed and the quilt are comfortable to sleep in.

The staff were incredible especially Paul, the owner, who provided me with a free upgrade from a single to a double room upon arrival which I’m very grateful for. The manager Tim was also very friendly and accomodating. It’s truly such a peaceful hostel, just about everyone had gone to bed by 10pm and it was silent. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry and pool amenities are all beautiful and way beyond the standard for hostel accomodation. I plan to return again in the future for a longer stay!

incredible stay. location was PERFECT and the pools were so cool!! the apartment was clean and so practical but simultaneously so fun and cozy. they had all the amenities you could possibly need and we were made to feel so welcome and comfortable by the host. The host Isabel is very accommodating and so so kind!! We could not recommend this stay more and we’d love to come back for sure.     Children loved the pool! Room met our needs for an affordable night in a good location - easy walk to the esplanade for meals and close to the aquarium. There were only a few on-site car parks, but on street parking was plentiful and free.

    We liked this accommodation and the staff at check-in were very helpful and informative. We got a bag of Roses chocolates on check-in which we thought was a nice touch. Our room was at the end of a block and quiet through the night. We could park the car near to our room but in the event everything is parked up there was p;enty free street parking outside the accommodation. The beds and shower were good and there was plenty space in the room including storage.

    There was secure parking behind an electrically controlled pass coded sliding gate which was needed as street parking in the area seemed to be at a premium during the day. The one staff member I encountered was efficient and pleasant. The whole facility was neat and tidy. The Kitchen area in the room was new and well-appointed and modern. The flat screen TV was very good, it had YouTube which we enjoyed watching along with the regular TV programming.
