Great cottage for a few days stay. Had use of washing machine and dryer. Cottage was very spacious and clean, everything we needed.

very comfortable and warm with nice private. You might find some native wildlife outside your window like wallabies. That was an awesome part of staying here as well.

Food excellent, staff super helpful. Log Cabins well equipped and spacious with lovely area to sit outside. Great walks on the grounds, would recommend champagne and veil falls walk. Great setting in the forest on Cradle mountain

Staff allowed us early checkin and it was located a minute away from the information centre which was super convenient especially during the heavy rains. We loved the little old bushman theme house it was clean and cozy, has a proper kitchen.

- Rooms were very cosy as per advertised and our room also oversaw a pond which was a beautiful scene to relax to in our room. - A short drive to the Cradle Mountain visitor centre and a quick walk to the 1st stop of Cradle Mountain shuttle bus. Perfect location to stay for nearby walks (including Dove lake circuit). - staff were very helpful in providing guidance on weather and driving routes (as there were floods around the region shortly before our stay). they also allowed us to borrow their umbrella for our walk even though we had checked out (which we returned after our walk) - great breakfast variety to fuel up for the day

Great location, just outside the park gate. We stayed in the deluxe cabin which was quiet and spacious. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen for cooking. We wanted to stay close to the park to avoid driving 45 minutes to the nearest town. Pricewise this property was most affordable. They have a number of deluxe accommodations that are newly built. I can't speak to the standard accommodations but they looked to be older.

Cradle Mountain Hotel is located in alpine woodland at the northern end of Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National Park.

The location was ideal near the park. The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast options were good. The gallery on the hotel grounds was wonderful to visit too.
