Clean, nicely presented , has everything you need. They even thought of all the little touches that made it hospitable. Instructions on using or finding things in van were all thought of as well. Proprietors also respected your privacy but they were a phone call away if something had gone wrong as well ☺️

Cece is an amazing host. Travelling as a family Boulder house exceeded my expectations. A cot was available for our infant, but the cot was just the beginning for this family friendly property. Baby wipes, nappy bags, kids cutlery and toys. Truly exceptional. Cece knows how to look after young families.

Chris is an exceptional host. We needed a base in Melbourne from which to access the CBD and also visit friends by car (ideally in the east) and he was willing to accommodate any arrival time as we were arriving from London. The details were taken care of wonderfully - from clean and spacious living and sleeping quarters complete with fridge and large TV, to high-quality brands for toiletries, to a beautifully presented cooked breakfast. On top of that, Chris is very kind and shared his time with us, allowing us to make use of his kitchen and eating dinner with us on our last evening, even kindly allowing me to stay indoors on our final day beyond our approximate departure time after I was not feeling well. He provided a home away from home and we are so grateful! He deserves 11 out of 10 on the ratings!
