We felt at home in the facility, everything in the apartment was new and had everything we needed. We stayed in the studio apartment, it was very spacious. The location was 5 minutes from the bridge, in a quiet place on its own street away from the noise, which was very good. Also, the apartment was in a private area, which felt us safer. The train station is 20 minutes away by foot, the patisserie and the market are 2 minutes away, there is also a very cute cafe a little further. The manager was really nice, we had a few requests and he was really helpful. We were able to get answers to all our questions immediately. If we come again, I definitely wouldn't look for another place. (The large window provides privacy because it doesn't show the inside, but for those like me who can't sleep in the light, it would be a plus to put up a curtain:).

Alma was absolutely wonderful she went above and beyond expectations. Alma helped me with a police matter, drove me, and picked up documentation for me. The apartment itself was amazing it had everything I needed for my sort of stay, including an iron, which was a bonus. Thank you so much for your help it made my stay that much pleasurable.

Excellent one night stay at the Monte Rosa. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the Mostar Old Town about a 3 minute walk to the old bridge. The hotel is modern, spotlesslessly clean and the welcome from the staff was superb. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Breakfast was great and filling, coffee, juice, meats and cheeses, breads etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever back in Mostar
