During our recent stay at Royal Saray, we were immersed in luxury and exceptional service. Our suite was immaculate, the decor, the layout, the overall cleanness - simply impressive. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless. Jamila was exceptionally helpful. We are also very thankful to Fatima and all other staff. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, from made-to-order omelets to freshly baked pastries, catering to every palate. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax featuring an amazing pool with breathtaking views. We also celebrated the NYE at the hotel’s ballroom, it was a fun party that we enjoyed greatly! In summary, our stay was an unforgettable experience, defined by luxury, impeccable service, and attention to detail. This hotel sets the benchmark for hospitality, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Exceptional customer service from this Indian representative. She was polite and very caring. I've arrived from Canada after several weather delays and was extremely tired. She not only offered me a better room but also allowed me a late checkout. I really appreciate you for this wonderful gesture and will definitely book this place again.
