We were delighted to get a lake facing room in one of the small buildings (most rooms are actually lake facing). Beautiful jaccuzi and fireplace, really nice restaurant. Trails from very easy to difficult are accessible directly from the hotel. The shuttle bus system from the car park is very well organised, even at busy times there's practically no wait for the shuttle.Guest review bySuzanneYoung couple

Quieter location than other accommodations on the lake in the Banff/ Jasper. It is more beautiful than seen in pictures. Food from the restaurant is really good. lovely hot-tub with lake view and very courteous staff. Rooms were spacious, private comfy and we had lake view from 211 and 212 balcony. The food at the main lodge either in the lounge or restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff were very good as were the cleaning and transport staff (from the car park). We stayed in the Winter and the whole place was covered in snow and absolutely beautiful. Every single member of staff that we came across was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly staff took great care of us at the restaurant, bar, front desk and during the ride from the parking lot. Enjoyed visiting with the staff and miss their beautiful accents!
