Absolutely spotless. The front desk staff were extraordinary: friendly, fluidly bilingual and willing to do anything to help. I left my glasses behind at the Scores restaurant across the parking lot and, when the Score staff were unhelpful, the Quality Inn group collected my glasses for me and helped ship them back. I accidentally drove away without my electric cooler (left it on the passenger side of the truck when I left the parking lot). 20 minutes down the road, I realized and called the hotel. The lady was so kind and sent someone to the parking lot to check for my cooler. It was still there! They brought it in and kept it behind the front desk and called me back to let me know. Staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were comfortable and spacious. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and welcome. I didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the cooking facilities, but they seemed well appointed and organized, including spaces for storing your food. Towels and bedding were provided. Having had a long day, we wanted a 'quiet' room so I asked the staff at the front desk if there was a possibility for a switch to a room not facing the traffic. The staff member was most accommodating and gave us another room facing a quiet parking lot. Room was an upgrade but we were not charged extra, had great night's rest!!! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel had an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna. Lots of free parking and free wifi. The free breakfast was very good with some hot selections, along with yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, juice, cereal, etc. It is only about 15 min drive from the hotel to downtown Quebec City.
