The apartment is like new, very fresh, very clean. It has all the facilities, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom - flawless. Easy self check-in and the host was really kind to provide us an earlier access, though we didnt ask for it but did arrive rather early. The location is also great. Definitely would book again and 100% recommend.

We stayed in the 2 - bedroom apartment for 2 nights. It's a lovely spacious, airy apartment, fitted with all amenities, including washing machine. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the second with a shower. Spacious lounge and dining, delightful kitchen, stocked with essentials. Large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax on and soak in the super view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).
