This was honestly a hidden gem! It was absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything you need. The host also provides a fridge in the room which was super handy. Not only that, it was only a short walk from places like the Bear Pit, Old Town, multiple viewpoints, and the river, or a short bus/tram journey to the main train station. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay here, and the host was absolutely lovely- even when I managed to have issues with the door at gone 10pm, she was nothing but helpful and kind! I couldn't recommend staying here more, it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't understand how it isn't fully booked constantly! (My second night, I was the only one there!) If you're looking for a place to stay in Bern, honestly look no further!

Perfectly located, far from the noise of the city, but near to reach anything you want in Bern and stations to go around Switzerland. Secure, clean and with enough space! Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.

The property is in a great location, easy to get a bus to Bern and drive to near by towns. The building and all facilities were beautiful and in great shape. Breakfast was really good! Hosts were really nice and attentive and very helpful. We will definitely come back again!

The apartment: When we checked in here, we'd been traveling Europe for about a month staying only in Booking dot com properties. This was by far the BEST property we booked but it was also one of the most expensive stays. I'm pretty sure we were the first guests to stay here after the apartment had been renovated. The appliances are all brand new. There was an elevator to get to our floor. Even though there was a restaurant downstairs, we never heard the noise from the guests unless our windows were open. The property manager answered our questions via the messaging portal in booking dot com very quickly. We appreciate that we had use of the washing machine! Location: The bus stop was just across the street. We used public transportation to get into Bern for a day long tour of the city. There is a bakery/grocery store within walking distance. They have anything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The Restaurant: You HAVE to have at least one meal at the restaurant downstairs. It. Is. So. Good. Just message Daniela to make a reservation.
