Late check-in was seemlessly easy, really enjoyed the automated system in place. Room was super clean, spacious, modern, I liked the touch-control hub for all lights in the room. Only awkward thing, the shower curtain blocks out the bathroom light so you have to shower with it open, and the bathroom window opens on to the road. Otherwise, really great place, exactly what i want out of a work hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

    The room was very spacious, warm and well lit. A varied breakfast. The hotel's free parking lot only had 4 spaces, but there is a huge city paid parking lot across the street from the hotel, so no problems with parking.

    I liked the location of this lakefront hotel, beautiful setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and has a lot of charm, what you might expect in Switzerland. I also appreciated the parking lot on the hotel grounds, making arrival by car very convenient.

    Our room was excellent and quite different from the 'standard'. It was very comfortable, had a superb shower area and had an excellent large patio area where we could relax and enjoy the surrounding views of the lake and mountains. The car parking worked very well for our short stay.
