We had a comfortable stay at this location for 2 days. The location was perfect as it is just 20mins from Zermatt by train and just a minute’s walk from Randa train station. The rooms and facilities were excellent. The owner and staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Thank you, especially to the owner for your attention and care! I recommend it to others and I will definitely stay there next time! Thank you!

The location was excellent because it is very close to the train station. 2 minutes at most. We were a group of 4 people so we requested a room accordingly so we could fit in. The room was very spacious and comfy, not to mention the view and the privacy for the bathroom, which is also quite large. We did not have opportunity to have breakfast because we departed early, but the dining room looked nice.

I liked the ease of access from the train station and the friendly staff. There were many areas to sit and relax throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a view of the snowy surrounds. The breakfast was exceptional, with many hot foods on offer and served in a breakfast room with unobstructed views.

    Fabulous location if you're looking to go to Zermatt, Marco the host was very helpful and friendly and organised a taxi to Zermatt for us at lower cost than train and very kindly let us leave our car in his car park the following day.
