When I lost my way while using public transportation, they promptly came to my rescue and personally guided me to the hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking views it offers. Whether it's from the Panorama Boutique Hotel itself or from the Solbad hotel restaurant where I had my breakfast and dinner, the vistas were simply stunning. I couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The hotel also grants guests access to the Solbad spa, which boasts excellent facilities and equally remarkable views. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area. The cleanliness of both the apartment and the spa was impeccable, and the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Speaking of food, the quality of the meals at the Solbad hotel was exceptional. As it shares the same owner as the Panorama Boutique Apartment, it's no surprise that the culinary experience was top-notch. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Thun and Brienz lakes, as well as the Lauterbrunnen valley, allowing you also to enjoy the relaxing Swiss Alps. The room has all you might need for your stay and Céline proved to be a kind and informative host. We stayed at Berglick Lodge for three nights and we will surely consider it again for future vacations in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

We just had a fantastic stay here. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare light meals for our family of 3. The location is excellent right by Spiez train station, on-site parking was included and the view is absolutely stunning coming into the driveway. Huge thank you to Bettina who was such an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again next time we visit!

Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service.
