The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was very instrumental in getting us transportation to the airport especially after we had booked two other parties previously, but they did not show up. She was awesome!!!

This was a great place to stay, especially in terms of proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions. The facility was in mint condition, and all the cooking equipment was well-maintained and of very good quality—perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The room is very cozy, the apartment very clean, and many facilities are available for use - garden, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Patrizio is the star of the show, very caring and attentive, and showed us everything we needed and beyond. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the train station where you can take a 30 minute train ride into downtown Zurich. The parking was free and checking in and out was smooth and easy to navigate. Our room was very clean and nice and we really enjoyed the property overall.

The hotel is situated close to the trainstation (10min on foot). A really cozy business hotel with everything that you need. There is a restaurant on the 6th floor with a lounge/bar inside where you can smoke and order cocktails. I had a lilletberry fizz and it was a quite refreshing drink. The buffet at the breakfast was plenty offered a variety of everything. On a sunny day you could even enjoy the breakfast on their terrace.
