Excellent ground floor apartment. We were surprised at the size and all the facilities and comfort. From lounge to kitchen to dining room and bedrooms, there were few things to fault. Any items you wanted from glass to pot to utensil to power lead to anything you could need. At 960m asl it pleasantly cool in midsummer and away from the stifling heat lower down in the Vaud. Transport links were excellent, except to France!

Hotel might not look like much from the outside, but my room was new (including the bathroom), clean and comfortable. Restaurant also seems to be renovated and staff was nice and very helpful. I needed to use the room until the afternoon and they were very helpful and didn't charge me any extra.

We booked this place at the last minute, and still everything went smoothly - no issue at all. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making sure we felt at home, and even offered some food and drinks for our further trip. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I recommend it very highly!

Great facilities - We recommend booking the signature massage at the spa. Good Breakfast included with lots of options. Staff were amazing and handled all of our requests promptly. The architecture and design of this hotel is beautiful we loved our room.
