We loved our stay at Alpen Resort & Spa! Thanks for the upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn! We really enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool and all the other spa facilities as well. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants in Zermatt. Accommodating staff. Afternoon cake and tea. We could use the spa during our last day as well which was very convenient as our train back was leaving in the evening.

Location was excellent and the environment was very nice. We were greeted by a Portuguese lady who made us feel welcome right from the get-go. We got an upgrade when we got to the hotel and stayed in a family room instead of the budget room we had booked, the room was amazing with a wonderful view to the mountains. We were sad we couldn’t enjoy more the hotel and the facilities like the pool. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety! We definitely want to go back!

The hotel is located beside the train station, however, I hardly heard the train noise. My room also has a balcony, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the Alpine view. The room is very clean too.

This hotel in tasch is an excellent choice for a trip. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, it is very convenient to get to Zermatt, the owner was very nice, and waited for us until 10 o 'clock in the evening. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, comparable to a high star hotel.

    We selected this property based on our desired travel location (Milan Centro) and the limited availability of suitably priced hotels in the local area. The apartment was clean and sufficiently well furnished. The location allowed us to walk to any of our planned tourist destinations in about 20 minutes.     No Words! Extremely beautiful and luxurious ski resort! Very luxurious setup & huge rooms! The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is super good, room facilities are super good. And there SPA is wow! Also, they give free car parking at Tash and a free station to hotel return taxis! Go for this without thinking! Also local free bus stops at 50m from Hotel! Groceries store is just 100m from the Hotel ! Their spa to mountain view is also amazing !
