The husband and wife team of owners were exceptional in their customer service. They were very friendly, helpful, and personable. They went out of their way to make our brief stay comfortable and memorable. They organised our pick-up at the railway station, explained to us at length how to tackle our trip up the mountain for over 70s like us. They organised our trip to the nearby villages of Zidi and Hongcun with a good, dependable communicative driver. For these, we thank you and would definitely stay here again if we come by this way again.

Bed was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful with giving us directions as to where restaurants are and how to get to the popular tourist attractions such as the Old Street or how to get to the high speed train station. She even mentioned how much it would cost when going by taxi so we wouldn't get scammed. Optional breakfast was very cheap and you can eat as much as you need for only 10 rmb.
