Great host, helped to booked tickets, arranged everything. Nice location, little bit outskirts of town, but has free transfer so it is OK. The place is decenet, nice location, clean room and bathroom. The stuff is super nice. The pool was also clean and refreshing in the warm.

It was a quiet, clean accommodation, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast and the latte were good. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, and tooth brushes were provided each day. Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.

Excellent service from Lucian. Our flight was delayed until after midnight, and he stayed up to arrange transportation for us and check us in, and then arranged tickets for us for the following morning for Tianmen Mountain and gave us excellent advice on how best to do it. It’s very convenient to the cable car station, and has a really lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

The room was very clean and had a charming traditional touch. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the person at the reception — by far the kindest and most helpful person we met during our trip. She went above and beyond to help us organize our stay, was incredibly responsive, and even assisted us with other issues we encountered. Thanks to her, this accommodation was truly outstanding. Just back from a wonderful stay at The Avatar Valley Villas and felt compelled to leave a note. Firstly, the location is absolutely spot-on. Situated nicely between both the Cathedral Gardens and Riverside Abbey, it meant we could enjoy a lovely short stroll to each – incredibly convenient and saved us no end of time. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. Absolutely first-rate! Before we'd even quite figured out our plans for the day, the concierge (James, I believe?) proactively reached out to check if we needed any help with transport. Not only did they swiftly arrange a very comfortable car for our longer trip out to the hills, but they also helped us map out a sensible itinerary and went the extra mile by pre-booking our timed-entry tickets for both main attractions. Took all the usual faff and queueing stress completely out of the equation! It felt like they genuinely anticipated our needs as tourists. The whole experience was seamless, thanks to their thoughtf

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport & Tianmen Mountain!​​ We stayed at this lovely, cozy B&B near Hehua Airport, and it was such a pleasant experience! The location is super convenient—just a short drive to the airport and very close to Tianmen Mountain. The hostess was amazing, and the homemade meals she prepared were absolutely delicious! A special shout-out to Lucas, one of the staff members, who was incredibly helpful and gave us great travel tips. He went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality, tasty food, and excellent service. Will definitely stay here again! ​​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​​
