It was a one-of-a-lifetime experience. We really enjoyed the reserve and the nature that sorrounds it. I want to recommend it for everyone who would like to sleep in the jungle. Its jungle immersion makes you feel very comfortable. Diana and Jorge were a great part of this experience, making us feel at home at every moment.

Extremely charming when the owner is on-site hosting you. Worth the drive out of Leticia to start or extend your Amazon experience. The bubble tents are cool and completely sealed and bug-free. It’s a relatively new business so it’s not perfect but it is authentic, nestled in the jungle, and run by kind people from the area. Very helpful in the planning of transfers and tours.

They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

This is a wonderful hotel on the North end of town, a 15 min walk to the airport and approx 15 min walk from the port or Parque Santander to see the parrots at twilight. The facilites are very clean (one of the cleanest floors I've seen anywhere in the world!) and whoever makes the beds could win competitions. The AC and fans in the room were incredible after a few days in the Amazon. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, jugo, eggs, bread and coffee. The supermercado Hiper is very close which was very convenient for supplies. There is a military academy and Red Cross office nearby and the area felt safe, even for a solo female traveller. The highlight is the staff - I had one of the warmest welcomes I have had in Colombia, and felt very well cared for by all the staff. The dog Waira is a real cutie. The host Maricela was the highlight of my stay! She came and picked me up at the airport and was attentive throughout the entire stay. She even took me to the ferry. Her whole family in fact made me feel right at home. The location was great, close to everything but away from the noise and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

We were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. The property is beautiful – spacious, rustic in the best possible way, and maintained to an impressively high standard for this region. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

The location in a private reserve was great. Was very peaceful and very relaxing to fall asleep to the sounds of the reserve. Very easy to get to from town. The km11 bus stops right in front of the hostel. Buses go past every 20-30mins. Hosts were very welcoming and assisted with organising a night tour last minute. Also offered a bike for use to explore the area.
