It is fabulous and spacious apartment in the middle of Hradec Kralove city centre, nicely decorated and there is everything you need. I stayed one day, but would have loved to stay longer.

Everything was perfect! I travel often to Hradec Kralove for work, the hotels are often not so nice, so this time I thought I could try a new place. The pictures were looking very luxurious, the price was the lowest I could find in Booking, and the situation cannot be better, just in the main square! So I booked. The host contacted me for telling me how to find the keys. Superfriendly, without problems and very flexible for me, which I need If I come connecting several trains. The room was on the 3rd floor, superbright. Exactly like in the pictures. Very luxurious. The apartment may be recently renewed, everything looked like in a 5 stars hotel + penthouse. Extreemely clean. Big TV. Superclean kitchen, not even water stains. Bed big and comfortable. I am still amazed. Internet was very fast. I was curious so I did a speed test. 50/20, faster than at my place. For leaving also without problems: just close the door. For sure I will come back

Location was 10 out of 10. Could not be any closer the the historical town square, you are literally looking at it from your windows. Everything in the apartment was as per photos and description. Spotlessly clean. We have especially appreciated blankets for watching the TV in the evening, to snuggle up on the comfy sofa. Apartment had everything we needed. We only wished we could have stayed longer! We will certainly be back as our family lives 1 min from the apartment, so perfect for the visits.

Spacious and clean apartment. Good washroom facility. A little care while showering to not use the shower on full blast is required, otherwise there was absolutely no issue and the dryness of the washroom could be well maintained. A lot of rag cloths were provided. Crockery and utensils were adequate for 3 or 4 people. Kitchen condiments like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, seasonings were provided. Dishwasher was available. Good refrigerator. Streaming channels, Good and spacious sofa. Lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. Bed was comft for 2. 2 separate comforters in the bedroom and enough cabinet space for 3. Sufficient and good quality toiletries. Billa Supermarket just a few metres away Bus stop and regular buses to old town were available. Tesco and Futurum mall were a 10 minute walk away. It was a completely convenient stay. Thank you Mr. Lukas.
