Crew of the Penzion Bezdekov was doing their best to serve the customer. Breakfasts were very good. I was there with 2 kids - they were getting bonuses and food not listed in the menu.

the establishment is located in the nature, but near the train track so if you keep your windows opened during night and you have the room situated to the track (as we had) you can hear it, it was not loud but it is something to mention. Wellness here was excellent, pool where you can actually swim, diner and breakfast was very tasty and with enough choices for everybody . Rooms were one of the best I had in my entire trip in Czechia. Staff were is exceptional as one can guess from the nature of resort - luxury noble but modern.
