We had the best time at the Danner-hof. The apartment was spacious and new. Spotlessly clean with tasteful interior and comfy beds. Wifi was fast. Kitchen had a dishwasher. The Finnish sauna there was the best we tried in the region. Parking was free. Staff were friendly and happy to go the extra mile. We received an upgrade in rooms as a welcome gift which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend a stay in this hotel. Make sure you book with breakfast, it was so good!

This accommodation does its name justice:it’s truly a cozy apartment. Not small, there is lots of space, but the vibe is super cozy. My partner and I stayed 2 nights and had a very comfortable and lovely stay. We came from NL for a day in München and wanted to go hiking near the Zugspitze the next day. This location was in the middle, so perfect location. Highly recommend going to the Eibsee, just look at the picture :) In Penzberg there are many shops and supermarkets, right around the corner was a great bakery. In the apartment you also have everything you could need; from towels and hairdryer to a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. Plus the bed sleeps amazing. It was better than we expected, we highly recommend it! Thank you Angi, for being such a lovely host and arranging this cozy apartment 😊

We stayed here for three nights in early December. The lodge is quiet and surrounded by idyllic scenery (fields, mountains and a lake). The lodge itself is beautiful and fully equipped. There is underfloor heating and a wood burner - very cosy! The hosts are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Travel was difficult due to heavy snow on the day we were supposed to leave, but they told us we were welcome to stay another night until it was safe to travel.

The room was magnificent- clean, comfortable and spacious. Tip marks also for the quietness, no excessive sounds got through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, right at the start of the hiking path.
