The room is completely detached. It is new and modern. Very clean. Nice bathroom and spacious shower. There is the smell of freshly mowed grass in the area, something that I do not have where I live. Very close to Memmingen airport. Also do try the restaurant. I had absolutely lovely pasta.

It is a very nice house situated in a quiet area, about 10 min from Memmingen by car. The Apartment was in perfect condition, fully equipped for vacation, the host was super super nice . A perfect stay . I will allways book again if there is a room available

Amazing place! Easy to find, very clean, everything in flat was completely new. The garden deserves a 10 on its own. Gerry and Ivan are very friendly and can help you out with a lot of tips, to make your stay in the region perfect. Excellent!

A nice location not far from Memmingen airport (by car). Property was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. There was everything one might want in a kitchen and more. Welcome drinks and snacks were a nice surprise especially given our late arrival. Also, got a suggestion from a host for a local bakery (which was brilliant). Slow morning with freshly baked bread is just what one needs after travel.

A fully equipped apartment with all the necessary facilities and a well-stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. A nice big balcony with a grill and garden furniture made our stay even more enjoyable. Lia, our host, was extremely friendly and always available by phone. Highly recommended.
