Everything, we would give 11 out of 10! Both the hotel common areas and the rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, furnished wonderfully and very big! The location is wonderful, surrounded by nature, vineyards, olive trees with mountains in the distance. It’s without doubt the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was included in the price and was fresh and tasty. We also ate at the restaurant and all of the meals were perfect, there is a vegan and vegetarian menu along with the standard one which was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff go above and beyond, really helpful and friendly. Thank you for your help finding the train station:) The location is a couple of km from the closest rail station so it’s probably advisable to rent a car or book a taxi(there are taxi numbers available at the railway station). We arrived to station Sant Sadurni d’Anoia which is about 10km, its close to some great cava houses so we took the opportunity to book a tour before going to the hotel. There are also quite a few wineries around the hotel, in cycling distance. We will take advantage of this the next time! The grounds of the hotel are also so relaxing we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. Amazing!

Cal Mestre Casa Rural is a wonderful place, very relaxing and has a stunning view on local vineyards with a private pool. We called it a hidden gem in a very traditional Spanish village. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with luxurious bathrooms. The breakfast was very rich in local fresh products and ingredients. We absolutely loved everything here, and will definitely come back again. The hosts are very friendly, and offer great hospitality.

This was my second stay here, and once again, it was excellent. The house is spacious, with two guest rooms, and it immediately feels like a welcoming place. The hosts – she from Barcelona, he from Mexico – are incredibly relaxed and hospitable. You truly feel at home. The room is lovely, with a nice balcony where you can enjoy some quiet time. The hosts live in the rest of the house, which actually adds to the charm. The interaction is very pleasant: you can work undisturbed for hours, but also have enjoyable and interesting conversations. If I’m ever back in Barcelona, I’ll definitely check if they have a room available again!

    Beautiful location and property with gracious hosts. It was our base to explore the area with our car or head into Barcelona via a nearby train station with free parking. Loved coming back each evening to such a gorgeous environment.

    We had everything that was needed at the apartment, it was clean & super comfortable for 4 adults. We faced some electricity issues upon our arrival, however, it was fixed after an hour +/- The 2 bedrooms has big windows with great open views of the valley. It's a very peaceful apartment in a peaceful village. 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest Carrefour. Comfortable parking near the property.

    Beautiful apartment with stunning views over Penedes. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. Fabulous large sunny terrace and walking routes from the door. Parking easily available right outside.
