The iglu was really nice, clean, warm and cozy. Great for relaxation as there's nothing else to do other than feeding the reindeers which was a great experience. The staff was friendly and polite. No issues at all.

    The breakfast has a good variety. The room was quiet and had a nice forest view. The pillows and the bed clothing were good. The sauna, pool and the lake are fantastic. Free parking place next to the hotel.

    easy to get keys from self checkin. car parking was secure. but have to walk to front to enter...cannot enter from backside. bathoroom was okay. main issue was not able to call host and messaging service was very slow if not at all. thumbs down. check other places before rentting here. prices is way to high for being in the suburbs of helskinki

    My favorite hotel in Finland. Nice place near lake, you can always walk around lake, beautiful views. Very good dinners, free parking, breakfast included, wifi working fast. Reception ladies very polity. Staying in this hotel many times and always satisfied.
