Our hosts Isabelle and Christoph were extremely gracious and welcoming. Isabelle worked for years at Novotel, and her experience and skills are obvious. Their home is well situated for those who want to tour the Loire valley by car. We made day trips to a number of beautiful chateaux. The house is a pleasant 10-20 minute walk from the old town center of Amboise, set in a quiet neighborhood. Good wifi, clean facilities. Excellent continental breakfast freshly prepared each morning with ample bread, good coffee, cereal and fruit. Strongly recommended.

Very warm and comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Being able to use onsite parking was very helpful. Very attractive gardens. The location is perfect, a short walk from the castle and Le Clos Lucé. The shopping street, restaurants and river are very close by.
