This self-contained apartment was recently created by the owner who lives next door. Superb craftmanship and decor. Everything was new, immaculately clean and good quality. We used the kitchen to make our evening meal using food we brought with us. We ate inside though there was an outside terrace. Very quiet and rural. Our bicycles were left in the garden. In the morning, we bought breakfast at the bakery 100m away.

Good value for money for what we had, shame we couldn’t use the pool but weather was awful so we understood why! Sauna was a lovely touch and everything else was perfect!

Definitely the best-equipped studio apartment of my trip; compact but well laid-out, with the right combination of furniture, appliances and utensils and private parking right outside. Rather than use the sofa bed, I used the 'shelf' upper level bed, where I slept very well, although you do need to be agile to get into it. The owner (and the chickens!) met me on arrival and made me welcome.

It's a spacious and very comfortable villa. The layout was fantastic for us as the doors between the living area and the bedrooms ensured we had a good night's sleep with no meowing from the cats who stayed in their travel tent in the very spacious utility room. When you are driving 11 hour days as we were it's fantastic to get a good night's sleep. The area is quiet and there's a supermarket a few minutes drive away. The garden was fully enclosed so safe if you have young children or dogs.
