The property is a very large home that has been beautifully renovated. Jean-François is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The whole house is in perfect order and spotlessly clean. The garden is also lovely. Our room was a private suite with the door opening into a small lobby with the bathroom and bedroom doors separate. It was so quiet and comfortable, we slept late! Everything you could imagine was provided in this beautiful space including home made cookies. Breakfast was perfect, Jean-François made the yogurt and the jams. Thank you so much!

The place is located in a very calm area, the indications to arrive are very clear and it's easy to find. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is private, so that's also a big plus for us, as well as a private entrance.

Breakfast quite ok. Our host and hostess very friendly and spoke good english which is our native language. The old converted barn refurbished to a high standard. La Sauzette is some kilometres from town but it is in a lovely rural setting.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. The food is delicious, and the water in the well-maintained pool is clean and cool, making you feel alive and genuine. The old park, also known as the golf course, where you can stretch your legs after a day's travel, was also impressive.

Highly recommended! We only went for one night but we felt at home, they are a wonderful couple. They helped us with everything we needed, gave us tips on places to visit and where to eat, very friendly. The stay was perfect, big room, air conditioning, WiFi, everything clean and calm. The location was really nice and central to Limoux. It is a short stroll to bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. The owner provided a fantastic guide book. The flat is lovingly updated with high quality features- eg electric roll down exterior shutters, and a walk in shower. The back terrace is an oasis of calm ☺️. There is no parking on site, but a free public car park is a two minute walk away and easy to find.
