Didier was a great host, he called us several times to make sure we understood the check in process. Even though we arrived late, everything was smooth. The apartment has a kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer and there is wi-if too.

Nice location, plenty of room for the kids to play, location is nearby Vulcania, good value for money as the flat is very big and we only needed a place to sleep, the bed was super comfortable.

The property is well kept and has good quality fittings. It is situated behind a pub and a beer brewery that belongs to the same owner. Unfortunately we only spent one night but are considering revisiting the area with more time and would gladly stay at the Gîte de l'Ours. We didn't have the opportunity to taste the food but judging from their beer, it must be tasty and good. We spent a Thursday night in July and it was not noisy. The property is behind the pub and it was surprisingly quiet.
