Being met by a lovely host, smiley, great sense of humor, a truly exceptional welcome and person. It was really lovely, beautiful decor in the whole house and Denise & Richard have thought of everything you may need or have forgotten. Loved that they were open to using their kitchen and happy for you to sit in the lovely garden.

The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was beautiful - loved the colours and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower was fantastic. The bar/lounge area was comfortable and the food was great. We took advantage of the garden area to have drinks. Just a beautiful setting by the church. We spent the first night after arriving at Heathrow and then three nights towards the end of our trip. Can't wait to come back again.

Everything you need is there: cold water bottles in a mini fridge, even an electric fan - it was very hot outside - a very comfortable bed, a bathroom with window, tea and coffee ( even a coffee-machine)! The staff was very friendly and breakfast and lunch at the pub delicious.
