Brilliant. The new owners must have spent a fortune on the re-furb of this lovely period hotel. My room (the themed Whisky room) was large with a new, clean and well stocked en suite shower room. The shower was powerful. The bath towels were large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows huge, and just the fight combination of soft and supportive. Breakfast selection was just right and delicious. The staff could not have been more engaging and efficient. The location is just out of the town centre so no traffic noise. I would definitely return.

Stunning bed and breakfast, location was great just 5 mins walk to town center. Only a few rooms in the house and nicely separated and very quiet. Room was spotless and very large. Bathroom was the same and huge bath and separate shower, even had a tv on the wall to watch when you are in the bath!

    Linda a perfect hostess. A lovely house with a great room with ensuite. Coffee facilities. Beds very comfy in this very airy large room. Family room with TV and WiFi too. Great full breakfast or lots of different choices served to order.Very central for variety of eateries Marcos brilliant Fish and chipshop 5mins walk. Bars and restaurants 5 to 10mins walk when shortcuts found. Free parking and best of all 2 minutes from beach walk.

    The location was great right next to the beach and plenty car parking spaces The breakfast was buffet style the first morning all cold it was just a trial run Second morning the breakfast was first class served to your table and very hot and proper menu the meals at night were very good

    Located in a quiet part of town but walking distance to the town Center. Nice view of the water with lots of Birds. Comfortable apartment with good quality towels. Free car parking adjacent to the apartment. Easy drive to The Open at Troon. The host was very responsive when we had a problem at check in.

    This hotel is in a good location, close to the sea front, with views across to Arran. It was lovely to watch the sunset (from the esplanade). There was free parking available outside the hotel and we were able to walk into Ayr, to eat at Ayr India in the town centre (recommended!) Our room was comfortable enough.

    The central building is very nice and great location for events I guess. Bed was comfortable and king size. The room was very spacious too. There’s a free EV charger in the parking lot.
