    Nice breakfast, super friendly staff, sea view, easy parking. You can also walk to the train station in 20 minutes to take the train to Edinburgh.

    It’s my favourite hotel in Burntisland now and have stayed here on many occasion, I cannot fault it for the price, It’s Spotlessly clean has lots of light from massive windows, free on street parking, power shower, smart tv & last but not least a nice friendly host!

    Great location, outside a little tired looking but once we got into our room it was clean, well decorated and pleasantly surprised, it was great value for money and staff very helpful, Parking too which was ideal Really good room for price

    Large comfortable room with lovely ocean view. Great breakfast if you can wait until 9.00. The pub downstairs is great value.Good off street parking.
