Very warm welcome by the hosts. Everything was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the room was very well equipped. The hosts gave us some information about the area, and there were information folders as well. The bathroom was shared with other guests, but very clean. The rooms were well isolated so you had a quiet room even when other guests were in. Would stay again!

The best stay we had on our holidays in Scotland. We stayed in the garden room which included a small kitchen and a nice bathroom with a spacious shower and a bath. It was very clean, had a comfy bed, nice furniture, good WIFI and a brilliant view to the garden and river. We also enjoyed the delicious homemade shortbread and the drinking water from Loch Katrine. The breakfast was delicious with a bright choice. We loved the haggis, black pudding, eggs, fresh fruit salad and the yummi home made baking. The hosts made us feel very welcome. My husband asked Brian where to buy a cigar. 2 minutes later he came around with one, he never smoked. It was a high quality one! Thank you, Valerie and Brian, for making our stay so wonderful. It was great talking to you and hard to leave. We're looking forward to our next stay with you. Hopefully soon! Best wishes

We enjoyed an all too brief stay at this lovely, peaceful hotel. The 3 main public rooms exude relaxed elegance, with roaring fires and beautiful yet comfy furniture. We can also highly recommend the breakfasts, for the varied choice, presentation and flavour. The staff were helpful and the lovely lady who served our breakfasts, could not have been more charming.

We were caught up by a road closure. I called to warn them of our late arrival. Sophie was ever so kind to email me with instructions for checking in by ourselves. The room was comfortable, spacious and neat. Breakfast was also delicious and generous. We couldn’t have asked for more!

    Husband and wife team could not have been more friendly, efficient and helpful. My wife has some difficult dietary issues and they advised on local restaurants then made booking for us. Lovely room, super clean, great shower, ample free parking, quiet location only a couple of minutes walk from main street, great views over town and hills, super breakfast. We felt very much "at home".

    Very comfortable and nicely furnished room (no 6). Good location only a few minutes walk from the centre of Callander. Good off-road car parking in front of the property and safe for motorcycles if touring. Very nice bar area with a huge choice of whisky as well as other drinks. Very good breakfast in a nice dining area and great service from the owners. Overall an excellent B&B which we would highly recommend and we would definitely return if in the Callander area.

    The room was spotless and they had many little touches of genius , like make up removal pads , baby wipes , face cloths and first aid kit. Owner Muriel was very welcoming and they had car parking.

    Perfect location, with off street parking. Beautifully refurbished flat. Host was really quick to respond to questions and left a lovely welcome pack for us to enjoy. It was a great find for us, as often finding a place to stay for both children and dogs is tricky, we really loved this property and will look to stay again.
