Had an amazing few days away. Everything was clean, comfortable and just how we would expect it to be and more. It has a private garden (much bigger than expected!) which was so lovely as the weather was so good- we spent most of our time outside. We used the gas BBQ both nights, and then spent the evenings in the hot tub- with lovely views of the sunset. Very romantic location, perfect few days.

Superb central country location, with lovely views - peaceful and restores the soul. The Roost is immaculate, clean and extremely comfortable with a true Cornish cottage feel. Outstanding hosts Belinda and Alan are so kind and caring - I cannot thank them enough for their kindness throughout my stay. Scrumptious welcoming traditional Cornish cream tea and a beautiful vase filled with bright happy fresh yellow roses! My only disappointment was that I did not stay longer! This little 'Roost' is one of Cornwall's best kept secrets!

Fabulous room and host Michelle was lovely, preparing a fresh light breakfast each morning which included a varied selection of cereals,bread and fresh fruit. The rooms all have keys so you can come and go at your leisure.The private bathroom was great,lovely bath,beautifully warm room with complimentary toiletries and thick fluffy towels.Quiet location ideally situated for exploring Cornwall.

Everything you needed and more in the apartment. Very comfortable, clean and modern. The little extras like coffee and milk supplied were a bonus and we were very happy with the welcome picnic.     Perfect location and pet friendly (though we don't have a pet we do love animals). Free parking and very friendly staff, especially Georgia who served our breakfasts - a lovely young lady. Breakfast was excellent, as were the evening meals that we had there. Room was cosy, lots of hot water and a large bath tub. Would definitely recommend.

    Excellent service. Sam, Nicky, and the team were first class , helpful, and considerate with nothing too much trouble. Free parking and full Cornish breakfast included in the very competitive price. Travelled from Wales, excellent and efficient check in.

    Convenient. Free parking and breakfast included. The suite was outstanding with a large freestanding bath, large shower and two sinks. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent and they catered for Gluten Free.

    Great breakfast, I opted for the Full Cornish cooked. Plenty of fruit juice, cereal, etc. as one would expect. Huge car park, you need to sign your registration number in at reception or you will be charged. Three disabled parking bays.
