Staff made a real deal of my Mum's birthday, rendition of "Happy Birthday" and a mention on her dessert plate was very special. The gardens even in winter are beautiful. A beautiful place. Had everything we needed. It was immaculate throughout, tastefully fitted out to a very high standard. Only regret was that we wish we had booked to stay for more than one night.
