Lovely location near the water. Quiet. Very clean and well appointed. Ample towels. Nice touches like biscuits and water upon arrival. Beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fastatsic. We arrived after a very long flight to a lovely suprise of bread, eggs and milk so we did not need to rush out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the home is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The shops are a mere 5 min walk away. A lovely park with play area is just a short walk away.

The place is not far from busy Edinburgh, which is a plus during the festival. I guess it helps to have a car to go to Edinburgh and back, but the train station is not that far either. Just be mindful of the train schedule on Sundays 😬. The flat was clean and spacious, with a large bedroom and all facilities available for a self catering stay. Although we did not use it much (just for tea and coffee), the kitchen was equipped with all necessary in case you want to prepare a quick breakfast or even a meal. Flat has a back garden where the smoking partner could had his occasional fix. Overall, this flat provided everything we needed for a memorable holiday! Highly recommended!

    The staff were welcoming and friendly and the rooms easily accessible....you have access to the building via electronic fob door access control. The location is the high street. I parked directly opposite on the street.... with free parking from 2000hrs to 0800hrs. It was clean and tidy.
