    Beautiful old hall with a very modern wing in which I stayed. Car parking close to entrance Rooms are massive clean and you want for nothing. The staff can’t do enough for you, very very friendly relaxed feeling. I didn’t used the spa facilities but they are beautiful

    Very beautiful looking building, receptionist was very warm and welcoming on both check in and check out. Gym and pool facilities were good. Room was spacious. Staff around the hotel and in the gym / pool were friendly and helpful. Was close enough to the town but far enough away out to enjoy the scenery and beautiful grounds surrounding. Good car parking facilities.

    On the outskirts of Newcastle-under-Lyme, The Crewe Arms at Madeley Heath is a little way from all major routes and it can be busy trying to reach the M6 of a morning rush hour but there is ample onsite parking and the accommodation was very comfortable with ample toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities. The breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared with a good choice with plenty to drink. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating and I would certainly revisit
