Beautiful property, everything we needed for our overnight stay. Wish we had have booked all our time there. Bus service was amazing and the detailed book was helpful. When I booked I was concerned about not having wifi as mentioned when booking but to our surprise they did have wifi. Would recommend as a great place for family. Our hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was okay, and it was 😊

It was very cosy, modern technology for the lights and heating. Compact but enough space for a couple. The spa was the cherry ontop. Extra little gestures for the experience also like hot chocolate for coming in from the spa etc.

The room arrangement was superb, and when combined with the room and bathroom's cleanliness, it enhanced the overall experience. The concierge service was consistently outstanding on a daily basis. The host was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and remarkably kind. There's nothing to complain about, except for a brief two-day period when the WiFi was subpar during my stay. Nonetheless, the host promptly resolved this issue once I brought it to her attention.

    Rooms were very clean and spacious. Easy check in and a 10 second walk to get breakfast, which you can add to your booking or just pay at the restaurant. Good menu . Staff were very friendly and professional in their roles would definitely return. Plentiful car parking and 24hr reception. Free cancellation up to 2 days before.

    Ideally located to discover Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Park the car and jump on the bus straight into the centre of Edinburgh. Much less hassle and much cheaper than parking fees

    Very good standard of accommodation. The adjacent hotel is very good for meals. Pretty beer garden too. Location whilst further out from Edinburgh was very good with easy access to the motorway with lots of free parking for our rental car. Nice and quiet at night too.

    The location was a good spot and the pub facing the hotel was great. Close to pubs shops and whatever else you need. Good distance from central Edinburgh and free parking which is great as its expensive everywhere.
