Beautiful location, total peace and tranquillity. Perfect, rural retreat. Lovely to see the deer walking around the property in the mornings. Very poor, patchy mobile phone signal which was great as allowed you to truly relax! Our hosts were very accommodating with our check in time due to the distance we were travelling and this was very much appreciated.

    The location and staff were lovely. Plenty of onsite parking. Iron, ironing board and hair drier provided and plenty of storage. Beds very comfortable, again only blinds at the window just had the feeling of being overlooked all the time. Able to take our dog and one morning a doggy gift was left which was really nice.

    Beautiful grounds, room lovely and warm, fabulous shower and huge comfortable bed. Parking right outside and lovely and quiet. Can’t fault it. If you like seeing nature flourish then you will want to stay here, walk around the gardens and enjoy.

    Perfect location for an overnight stay on our way to South Devon. The room had everything we needed. Parking close by and restaurant on site with nice views. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast.

    Lovely and peaceful.Nice big rooms,massive shower.Very comfortable beds.Lovely to be able to take our dogs with a little basket in the room with treats and a ball.Liked having our own entrance door and our own parking space.Staff were lovely and very welcoming.We ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal,breakfast was also lovely.Nice lake to walk around in the grounds.
