The property was in a central location for all amenities. It was clean and spacious. I would certainly use it again. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage. It even had a washing machine which would be good if you we’re staying for longer than a few days.

A very nice apartment with two bathrooms and a nice back yard. Nice big TVs and everything was brand new. We were the first guests and got a really good discount. There was free on site parking and we could just walk to the beach and to the casino. To walk to the town centre it is a bit too far but the tram is just at the beach. Great place we will definitely come back.

Nice room, nice house, friendly owners, adorable cats and amazing shower in the bathroom (never seen something like that :D). Keypad locks were easy to use (despite me being unable to effectively use them cause I got the memory of a goldfish). Overall happy.

    Warm welcome. Lots of free parking on street outside hotel. A lot of effort and thought has gone into the decoration of the hotel. Room was comfortable. Nice sea-view from room. Breakfast was delicious and service was exceptional. Location was perfect, a short walk to beaches and local amenities. Fleetwood lives in the shadow of Blackpool, but it is such a nice little place. Next time we come to Blackpool, we will consider coming back to this gem of a hotel and use the tram.

    Great hosts providing super service and getting the balance right in terms of friendliness v giving space. Very thoughtful. Good provision of tea coffee toiletries. Superb freshly cooked breakfast made to order. Great sea views. Free parking just outside. Well maintained with some great period features.

    Staff very friendly. Great location next to tram stop, and next to the beach! Good choice of drinks in the bar, which was large with plenty of seats. A lift is present to assist. Free parking in either the hotels car park situated behind the hotel or free on street parking to the front.
