    Newly build, everything working perfectly inside. Comfy bed, large walk-in shower and instant hot water. Spotless clean. Parking for the car, amazing view, 10-15min drive to White Scar Cave, Ingleborough Cave and Ribblehead Viaduct. 5 min drive to High Bentham where you got pubs and shops. Super nice host - James that made sure we are very comfortable.

    We were greeted by James, who is the proprieter, and his friendly welcome was second to none!! The pods are immaculate and set in a beutiful location with exceptional views. There is parking for 2 vehicles on hard standing and each pod is set in its own designated large well kept grassed area with a wooden picnic table. The pod itself has all the anmenities tthat you would require, lovely hot shower, toilet, fridge, microwave and hot plate as well as a really comfotable bed.

    Beautiful location, and great views from the cottage. Short walk into town with pubs and takeaways. Perfect nights stay on our way to the Isle of Man TT. (Private parking a plus.) Welcoming, friendly, helpful hosts. Would highly recommend a stay here, wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back. All facilities were here for a home from home.

    really accommodating staff. booking.com double booked the room but the staff let us have 2 other rooms for no extra charge free parking round the back

    Friendly, helpful staff and building has character. Good position with free parking at rear. Good sized comfortable room. Well stocked continental style breakfast was included.

    Perfect location in the village. Close to all amenities. Large private garden with outdoor furniture provided. Private car parking space. Beautiful large property with big rooms throughout. Large kitchen with all appliances and every conceivable kitchen gadget you might need. Great communication from the owner who was very flexible with check in and check out times. Will definitely use again
