The rooms are well presented and the breakfast Andy does is superb, it is exceptional for the money we paid and Andy runs a very lovely business. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and the Welcome Pack of local produce was a lovely touch. Staff were always on hand and were really friendly and helpful; it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The shared courtyard area was immaculately maintained, leading to ample parking and another large grassed area which was great for dog walking. The location is well placed for Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors and the coastal towns; with a regular bus that stops just out front if you don't fancy a walk.
