    Convenient location and loads of car parking space. Helpful staff without being intrusive in both the restaurant and bar areas. Like the water dispenser being available for chilled water in the corridor throughout the stay. Able to have luggage stored before final departure time.Always feel safe as a solo traveller in the hotel.

    After our accommodation was changed at the last moment by the Donnini Group, the size of the unit, especially the living area was great and the location was very central, opposite Morrisons supermarket. Once we found the location it had free parking outside the unit. Easy access using a key code which was sent by email a couple of hours beforehand. The heating and the washing machine were easy to use.

    Staff were great, and the food was good. The room and bathroom were very clean😊 We ran out of tea, coffee, and milk. The night Porter was great and brought them straight away😊 There is plenty of car parking.

    Service was excellent. A big shout out to Aileen, whom we have known for more than 30 years. Breakfast was very good. Top class offer of excellent food. Location is perfect for travelling around Ayrshire. And easy access to Glasgow. Very easy for car parking. Very comfortable beds.
