Fantastic place! These cottages have everything you could possibly need! They're absolutely spotlessly clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the owner is very friendly (she even provided a starter kit with milk for the kids!)! A completely hassle-free stay. One of the best places I've ever stayed!

James & Kristy were extremely friendly and helpful! Very welcoming and made us felt at home with super fresh, clean, modern, bright and spacious rooms! Breakfast was generous too. The best B&B we had ever stayed. Good location, book fast!

Well laid out, comfortable, proper furniture, good WiFi, spotless, spacious decking, nice views, attentive but non intrusive owners. You must try the quail eggs and black pudding. It was a treat watching the livestock being rounded up by stock cars. Friendly dog.

We had a wonderfull vacation in this unique place with our 3 kids. The house is amazing, with great views with lake and woods just oustside the house. The coffee shops downstairs is very nice with very good breakfast. For kids, this place is highly recommended, the can run around all day in and out of the big house and the staff made them fill very welcome. The baths are great and the guest living room is very nice aswell with fridge for the guests. The room was nice with comftorbale beds and good wifi. The location is excellent for traveliing in the area with many many hikes and things to see and visit. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and smelling of fresh linen. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth with timely reminders. Would definitely stay here again!

    Rooms were excellent, clean tidy & layout was well thought out, beds were SO comfortable it was like being in our own bed at home! Breakfast was delicious what ever we had. Hosts Kirsty & James where very welcoming & gave us great information on the area. Location was quiet & away from the busier areas but it wasn’t very far to drive to access main points of interest. Off road parking available.

    Warmness of the family welcome. They had lovely free range hens. The availability of food in the evening and in the morning was excellent combined with a cocktail tipple (obviously not morning). Easy on site parking

    Where do I start!! Incredible renovation of a stunning old bank. Luxury games room, well appointed kitchen, fabulous lounges. Has hot tub but didn’t get to use it - looked good though Parking outside on the street

    Great location for a quick trip north and right on NC500 too. Plenty of parking. Very clean, comfortable room, delicious food in restaurant and for breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money. Very interesting and informative Waterlines Heritage Centre down at the harbour in Lybster, lots of amazing exhibits, good coffee and cake too.
