    Great location with parking for two cars. Good size property. 6 good size bedrooms with several en-suites. Owner was responsive and we checked in a little early. Nice big area to sit and socialise. Plenty of plates and cutlery. Some large pans for cooking. Nice garden area.

    We met Sam on arrival and she was very welcoming. The property was as expected based on the photographs shown on the booking site. Everywhere was clean, tidy and comfortable. The DIY breakfast was more than enough for the two of us. If you're concerned about parking in Windsor, the bus stop is very close and runs every 30 minutes.

    We loved the property, it has so much character. It was very homely and comfortable and it was very well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the lovely and thoughtful breakfasts. It was so nice to have use of the courtyard and garden and great to have parking. It was very quiet, but also very convenient for Windsor. Sam was a lovely host and was very helpful. We plan to visit again in the future.

    Plenty of room for my grown up family, convenient location for Thorpe park. Comfortable beds which had clean linen good showers. Parking for 2 cars our third car was ok in quiet residential street. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We arrived back late after a long day at Thorpe park , it was perfect for us to stay altogether but I don’t think I’d cope if I was there longer than a night. I really wanted to clean and tidy it
